This policy remains subject to qualified legal review and does not itself establish that every operation is legally compliant.
Product scope
EcoS Fair provides shop pages, products, services, carts, checkout, seller workspaces, buyer-seller messaging, delivery tracking, reviews, promotions, recommendations, ads, and marketplace discovery connected to Career EcoS identity.
EcoS Fair is a marketplace operator unless a checkout page clearly states that Career EcoS is the seller. Third-party sellers remain responsible for lawful product information, pricing, stock, taxes, fulfillment, warranties, licenses, customs paperwork, and customer support for their own offers.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
Each transaction may involve the buyer account country, seller country, order-from country, payment country, delivery-to country, and any mandatory consumer, privacy, product-safety, accessibility, sanctions, customs, tax, and electronic-commerce rules that apply there.
Where laws conflict, seller policy cannot remove non-waivable buyer rights. EcoS Fair may apply the stricter mandatory protection where required for distance selling, cooling-off rights, defective or misdescribed products, unfair terms, chargebacks, payment disputes, marketplace safety, or regulator requests.
Buyer and seller responsibilities
Buyers must provide accurate account, delivery, tax, and payment information and must not abuse refunds, chargebacks, reviews, messages, coupons, or seller-support workflows.
Sellers must describe products and services accurately, disclose total price and material terms before checkout, honor published policies, avoid counterfeit or unsafe goods, maintain lawful offers, answer buyer messages professionally, and keep order records needed for accounting, tax, safety, and disputes.
Checkout, delivery, and third parties
Payments, delivery, identity, messaging, analytics, ads, and fraud-prevention services may be provided by third parties. Their terms, fees, verification, reversals, chargeback rules, customs processes, delivery scans, and privacy practices may also apply.
Delivery status pages show marketplace tracking records and partner updates when available. A tracking event is operational evidence, not a waiver of buyer or seller rights.
Recommendations, ads, and lead signals
EcoS Fair may rank, recommend, or sponsor shops and products using product quality, inventory, price, offers, location signals, user interests, search intent, seller reliability, marketplace activity, paid campaigns, and permitted lead signals from integrated platforms.
Paid or sponsored placement must be labeled where required. Rankings may be reduced for unsafe content, unresolved disputes, misleading listings, policy violations, unavailable stock, suspicious engagement, or poor delivery performance.
Enforcement and changes
EcoS Fair may hide products, restrict shops, pause checkout, hold or reverse supported payouts, remove unsafe content, require verification, review messages and transactions for safety, suspend accounts, or preserve records when needed for fraud prevention, buyer safety, seller integrity, legal compliance, or platform security.
