This policy remains subject to qualified legal review and does not itself establish that every operation is legally compliant.
Scope
EcoS Fair processes information for marketplace accounts, shops, products, services, carts, orders, checkout, payment metadata, delivery or pickup, buyer-seller messages, reviews, promotions, recommendations, ads, fraud prevention, safety, legal requests, and support.
Information processed
Fair may process account identity, profile and shop data, product and media data, search and browsing signals, cart and order records, delivery contact details, destination country and address, payment provider metadata, invoices, tax fields, message metadata and content where needed, dispute records, device and security logs, consent records, and support history.
Use and sharing
Information is used to operate the marketplace, authenticate users, show relevant shops and products, process checkout, route payment and delivery, send notifications, prevent fraud, investigate abuse, support buyers and sellers, handle disputes, meet accounting or tax obligations, comply with law, and improve ranking and search quality.
Relevant transaction information may be shared with the buyer, seller, authorized shop team members, payment providers, delivery partners, fraud and trust vendors, hosting and infrastructure providers, auditors, regulators, or legal process where appropriate.
Country-specific rights
Depending on the person, seller, order, delivery, or data-processing country, users may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, object to processing, withdraw consent, appeal decisions, limit certain sharing, or receive specific disclosures.
EcoS Fair treats legally required privacy rights as mandatory and does not rely on seller policy to remove them. Identity checks may be required before account, order, or privacy requests can be completed.
Retention and controls
Commerce, delivery, tax, fraud, dispute, and legal records may be retained longer than ordinary account data when required for accounting, chargebacks, safety, regulator inquiries, sanctions screening, or marketplace integrity.
Users can manage many account, privacy, message, notification, and marketplace preferences in product settings. Some transaction records may remain limited to compliance, safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal defense.
